The UAE has been developing it's foundations in preparation as the world transforms into the digital era. For the pioneers of crypto currencies and the trading of Virtual Assets (VA), the UAE is leading the way in the regulation of the sector. In 2021, Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) was the first jurisdiction in the world to regulate VA activities, followed by Dubai in May 2022. By leading in the sector's regulations, the UAE is able to set high stands and generate market confidence.
